Property information

Brand new 3-bed semi, brand new estate, in quiet cal-de-sac. Aspley post code NG8, 5 mins from M1 J26, 15 mins to city centre on regular city-loop bus, 5 mins from tram. There is a supermarket and a post office, all less than 5 minutes walk away. The house is a clean, laid back and friendly place. We are a non-smoking/vaping house, but smokers/vapers are welcome if they smoke outside. We have a washing machine, fridge freezer, ironing facilities. There are two bus routes very close by which both go into city centre. There is also off road parking space. PCM price above, is FULLY inclusive, and including ALL bills, so you do NOT pay anything else for the electricity, gas, water or council tax either, Wi-Fi included. - Central Heating, double glazing - Brand new carpeting - Wi-Fi broadband unlimited - Private garden with high fence - Brand new, fully fitted kitchen with integrated hob with extractor - Second WC on lower ground - Close to local amenities - Near tram route
