Aurora’s Abode is a brand new and immaculate two bedroom 2nd floor apartment which accommodates up to four guests. The complex was very recently completed and this unit has been curated by a local interior design company to provide a luxurious yet functional space. Less than 10 minutes from Poole town centre, Aurora’s Abode is also well positioned for access to the beach (only 10 mins from the famous Sandbanks Peninsula), Poole train station and the A35 for Bournemouth Airport.

14/07/2025 - Please note that the lift in the block is out of order indefinitely, so access to this property requires the use of stairs.

- The minimum age required for the lead guest is 18

- Infants will be counted as a guest

- Strictly no stag or hen parties

- Strictly NO smoking inside the property (penalty of £150.00 if signs of smoking have been found)

- If the Property has been found to be in need of a deep clean after the guests departure the guest in question agrees to pay £100.00 to cover labour and additional cleaning)

- All guests agree to sign into our property via our external check-in form. Failure to check-in or check-in correctly will mean your stay will be cancelled and you will not be allowed access into the property.

- We please ask all guests to respect our neighbours. Quiet hours operate from 11 pm to 8 am.

Disclaimer: ALL unauthorised early check-in's or late check-out's will carry a penalty fee of £50 per additional hour overstayed. A late check-out could also incur a relocation and/or cancellation fee chargeable to you, the guest, should Grandeur Property Management Limited lead to a loss of income due to interruptions to a future booking.
