The Guest House is a self contained nautical themed studio for 2 guests (& infant), with a brand new private patio overlooking the garden. There is a treehouse for those with young children. The studio has a private entrance, king size bed, en-suite bathroom, lounge with smart TV (Netflix included), kitchenette with a fridge, microwave, electric hob, convection oven, toaster & kettle. The space is ideal for couples looking for a relaxing get-away, or families with young children. We provide tea, coffee, biscuits, toffees & Prosecco. You can park your car on our driveway and you can lock the driveway gate at night if you want to keep bicycles outside in a secure space.

We are a family of 5 and live in the main house on the property which is next to the Guest House. We have a background in Superyachts so we maintain the highest standard of cleanliness. There are personal touches from our trips around the world, and we love to welcome guests. We will be happy to answer any questions you might have before or during your stay, and we give some local recommendations and advice before your arrival. The studio is next to our house and enjoys views of the garden. We have a baby and 3 and 5 year old, and you will most likely see us on our patio or in the garden during warmer weather, but we respect everyone's privacy. For those with an infant we have a blow up toddler bed which we can supply when requested.

We are on the outskirts of Lymington in Pennington, located at the end of a cul-de-sac with a lovely green space in front of us. The Guest House is at the end of our drive behind secure driveway gates. The area is ideal for those wanting the explore the beautiful town of Lymington and surrounding beaches. It is ideal for walkers, cyclists and birdwatchers. Lymington is a 20 minute walk away and the forest is a 10 minute drive away. We are a 30 minute walk or 10 minute cycle from the sea and Nature Reserve which is definitely worth a visit.
