The apartment is on the first floor of a small modern block of 4. There is one dedicatd parking space, free of charge. A modern space offering large double bedroom, bathroom with bath and shower. Open plan living area with kitchen and new appliances.

Neighbourhood information

When looking for a central base with strong motorway links you can’t get much better than Bedworth. A quieter town than neighbouring Nuneaton, or Coventry City, but with excellent motorway links, very close to Baton Road Industrial estate, the Ricoh Arena, George Elliott Hospital and University Hospital, Coventry. Bedworth town centre is within easy walking distance, where you will find a large Tesco and various pubs and takeaways. Opposite the apartment is a convenient row of shops to include a mini market and chemist.
