We are Sali and Kela. When we started this business, we put all our efforts and passion to make sure we were going to offer the maximum comfort and a superb quality/price ratio for our hosts. We renovated these units having in mind ourselves as hosts. We travel a lot and every time during our "Stays" we look carefully at all the details that make the stay unique. That's why our brand is marked as "DEA Stays" taking the name from a "beautiful creature" from ancient Albanian culture.

This apartment conveniently situated on a strategic road in Westcliff-On-Sea has been fully renovated and designed for a luxurious and comfortable stay. The property is a walking distance from Westcliff-On-Sea train station (5 minutes) which has an everyday and hourly connection with central London. The Southend Airport is 2.5 miles away. Westcliff beach, all the amenities of London road, and Chackwell park are within walking distance as well. The flat has a living room with an open space kitchen, a large double room, and an elegant and comfortable bathroom. All the flat is designed for a luxury and comfortable stay either for a leisure or business traveler. It comes with a high-speed Internet connection; Virgin Media Box has a full package of TV entertainment to share in complete relaxation in front of a 50" flat-screen TV. The kitchen has all the appliances you need to prepare everything in case you fancy to have breakfast, lunch or pass the evening at "home". The bedroom has a super king-size bed which can be divided into 2 single beds in case needed. The sofa can be converted into a double bed most comfortable for two kids but can accommodate two adults as well.

Westcliff on Sea is a fraction of Southend-on-sea that has recently got the "City" status. Westcliff-on-Sea is known for Westcliff Beach; there are cafes, fish ’n’ chip takeaways, and the beautiful lawns of Southend Cliff Gardens. Overlooking the sea, the landmark 1960s Sliffs Pavillon theatre hosts comedy and music, with a similar program at the 1912 Palace Theatre. London Road is full of various shops and Chalkwell Park has ornamental gardens and sports.
