The kitchen is equipped with an electric double oven and four-ring hob, fridge with ice compartment, microwave, dishwasher and washer/dryer. A dining table and chairs are to one side. The two bedrooms are downstairs. The double bedroom has magnificent views, a TV and a door opening onto the patio. The twin room has a fitted wardrobe and travel cot. The shower room has a power shower, loo, wash hand basin and extractor fan. Outside there is a patio with outdoor furniture. "The sea literally laps against the garden wall when the tide is up, an upside down marina house which makes the most of the magnificent views."
