Please be aware a maximum of two guest requiring assistance (due to any form of disability or impairments) is permitted at the hotel on any given night due to fire, life safety policies, relating to the safe and appropriate time required to facilitate evacuation. Any guests that will require assistance from the hotel team to safely evacuate the property in case of an emergency for an overnight stay must state this at booking stage. A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to confirm if this is possible and the booking will not be guaranteed until actioned by the hotel and contact will be made to the guest from a front of house team member. In the event that the hotel is not made aware 48 hours prior to arrival that a guest would require assistance to evacuate the building, and we have exceeded our capability to ensure the safe evacuation then the hotel reserves the right to decline the booking.
