Ideally situated on the north coast of Lough Neagh, centrally located between Randalstown & Toomebridge. This home is an ideal spot to kick back & relax or use as the perfect base for exploring the northern counties and coast lines. The spacious home has been lovingly decorated to luxurious “boutique-like” levels and can accommodate up to 6 guests comfortably. One of the double bedrooms & ensuite bathroom is located on the ground floor to accommodate accessibility needs. Built in 2023, this light and airy 1700 sq ft, 3-bedroom, 3-ensuite, 2-storey cottage has been lovingly and beautifully styled with a mix of contemporary and antique furnishings and original artwork. Upon entering the main open plan living/kitchen and dining space via the full height crittall style metal framed doors it doesn’t take long to realise that you are in a chic and warm cosy home. This feeling is complimented by the large comfy sofa in the centre of the living space, surrounded by the dining table neatly tucked in the bay window area and the overlooking handmade kitchen with its large peninsula island/breakfast bar, perfect for the kids to join in or to sit and have early morning coffee and croissants. Just off the main kitchen space is a separate utility room with washing machine, microwave and second sink. The utility has plenty of cupboard space. Back out through the large glass doors and in under the stairs is a small French country style powder room with wooden panelled walls and serene and tranquil wall coverings. Turning right at the main entrance leads you down to the Ground floor double bedroom suite. This large double bedroom and private bathroom is truly an escapism, with loads of space to move freely and an ensuite that you can lose yourself in, featuring wet floor shower, large tub and off black wood panelled walls and wall lighting. Creggan is a rural community located on the north of Lough Neagh Shores. The area is quiet and peaceful with the main activity in the area being match days at the local GAA club. For more lively activity you can head into the one of the nearby towns, Randalstown, Antrim or Magherafelt for markets, shopping, entertainment, food and drink. Belfast is half an hour by car and Derry less than an hour away. On site parking is free and can hold 3 cars with ease. A car is essential to get around and explore.
