Your Hosts at Lycia Rooms + : Andy and Anne Holmes Andy, originally from Glasgow before moving to Lochaber, and Anne, from Lochaber, bring a wealth of experience and passion for hospitality to Lycia Rooms +. Andy has years of experience in facilities management, while Anne has a background in hospitality and public service. Both come from families with a long history of running successful B&Bs in Lochaber. They moved to the Highland capital Inverness in 2012 after spending several years renovating the property. Their dedication to create a cosy and welcoming atmosphere has made Lycia Rooms + an ideal retreat for travellers seeking a home away from home.

Lycia rooms + is situated above Inverness in quieter residential part of town. With views over Inverness and the hills beyond to the rear of the property and looking towards the croft on the hill to the front of the house. Walks along the Great Glen Way can be accessed from Lycia or a shorter walk to Craig Phadraig hill where a Pictish Fort was the headquarters for King Brude
