Welcome to our newly refurbished 1st floor apartment in Battersea. Set over 1000 sq/ft this is a truly spacious home with 2 kingsize bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a fabulous social living and dining area. Located opposite Battersea Park with a wide range of activities and facilities for adults and children including tennis courts, running track, gym, cafe, football pitches, boating lake, mini golf, children’s zoo and play areas. The flat is also a short walk across the park away from the River Thames and the newly developed luxury Battersea Power Station complex. Just across the river is the famous upmarket and fashionable area of Chelsea, well known for shopping, bars, pubs and restaurants. Transport links: Queenstown Road and Battersea Park train stations are both within 5 minutes walk, offering quick trains to central London. Battersea Power Station tube is also 10 minutes walk away for quick access to the underground network. Thames River Boat services are also easily accessible at the nearby Battersea Power Station pier. Parking available for a discounted fee (free on weekend). Please contact for more details. The house is in the amazing area of Battersea London. With the new redevelopment of the historic Battersea Power Station and its new underground station just 10 minutes away and Battersea Park is very close, there is plenty to do in the area. Central London is a short train or tube ride away.
