Lorna House is a 16th Century boutique townhouse, situated within the town walls on the historic High Street of the beautiful and vibrant South Hams town of Totnes in South Devon.
Sympathetically and extensively renovated, Lorna House is the perfect place to relax and truly unwind in luxurious surroundings. The elegance of the historic ceilings and original features are reflected in the contemporary furnishings, the generously sized interiors have been designed with the comfort of our guests in mind.
The townhouse is entered via a private courtyard into an entrance lobby with stairs rising to the 1st floor. On this level is the fully equipped kitchen, sumptuous living room and utility room with a useful washing machine and dryer.
On the 2nd floor are located three individually designed kingsize bedrooms, two of which have ensuite shower rooms, and a family bathroom, all are finished with the finest quality cotton towels and eco shower products. Two of the kingsize beds are able to split and utilised as four single beds if required.
From Lorna House all the amenities of Totnes, the independent shops, cafes, bakeries, restaurants and markets are within a short walking distance.

If architecture and history are of interest, St Mary’s Church, The Guildhall, Castle, Museum and historic High Street are all at hand. Totnes is the 2nd oldest borough in England and per capita, it contains more historic and Listed buildings than any other English town.
Totnes is ideally situated between Dartmoor National Park and some of the county’s most beautiful beaches. Both moor and coastline are within just a few miles.
Other local attractions include Dartington Hall Estate which has a stunning house, listed gardens, cinema, cafe and shops, Agatha Christie's Greenway House, Berry Pomeroy Castle, Dartmouth, Dittisham and Tuckenhay.
