A beautiful modern Victorian apartment with stunning sea views, just moments from the beach and Margate town centre. This light and airy apartment is over 3 floors, with 4 double-bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and an open plan kitchen, dining and living room with log burner. The loft bedroom has a balcony with panoramic sea views, including the harbour arm. The apartment is located just 5 minutes from the train station, and a lovely walk along the promenade to Dreamland, the beaches, & the old town.
Bonjour, Im Stephanie Born in south of France and raised by hotelier parents, I moved to the UK at the tender age of 21 years young for what was meant to be only a 6 months mini adventure… 25 years later and after most of those years spent in an IT/Legal career, I returned to my natural calling and started an Holiday Let agency - Coastal Host. We passionately hand pick local properties we fall in love with and host stays for guests wanting to create life time memories while visiting our beautiful south of Kent. The neighbourhood is very quiet, and just a few moments from the beach. There is unrestricted street parking. For all Margate based attractions, you won't need a car, as we are well located. It is a minute walk to the beach, 5 minutes to the train station and 10 minutes across the promenade to Margate old-town and the Turner Gallery.
