Ladbury House is set in a residential area in Walsall and is a 17 minute drive from Birmingham city centre, with excellent motorway connections. It is a 10 minute drive from Walsall town centre and also a 10 minute drive from Alexander Stadium, Birmingham (home of the 2022 Commonwealth Games). The rooms at Ladbury House have been recently refurbished to create a home from home feeling. There is free parking on the driveway & ample free street parking directly outside of the property; suitable for cars/vans. This is an ideal location for contractors, due to it's close proximity to the motorway. The decor inside the house is light and welcoming and the bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. There are ample green spaces and places of interest to visit in the locality, which would appeal to both adults and children. There is a convenience store less than a minutes walk away and there is a Morrisons supermarket with free parking located less than 2 miles away, and a local pub which is 1 mile away. There are LCD freeview TVs in every bedroom, and a smart TV in the living room (4 TVs in total). There is also a private garden, free wifi, fresh linen and towels & a fully equipped kitchen.
