The Guest bedroom has a brand new king size premier in silent night bed. You are at the front of the house, a can see the sea, there is access to the beach opposite, that is often more secluded than other areas of the beach. The room has a huge storage space and provide towels, toiletries and a hair dryer, kettlle. Me and my partner often go away in the van, especially in the summer. I am happy to have as much or as little interaction with guests as they wish. I am vegetarian and would appreciate no cooking of meat in the house. Happy for you to use bbq in the back garden for cooking meat. Borth has a blue flag beach, 2 small convenience shops, 2 pubs and a few cafes. One of the best, in my opinion, is Uncle Alberts, it has gluten-free and vegan food, It is simply delicious! There are lots of walks nearby and a long stretch of beautiful beach. It's only a few miles from the university town of Aberystwyth. There is a regular bus and train service here. Just to let you know, I have a small cat called Quinoa, she's very friendly. If I am away during your stay, my neighbour will usually pop in to feed her, or if you would prefer, you may feed her and have full privacy of the house.

Borth is a lovely little sea side village. With a diverse community and extremley friendly. It has a blue flag beach, 2 small convenience shops, 2 pubs, and a few cafes. One of the best, in my opinion, is Uncle Alberts, it has gluten-free and vegan food, It is simply delicious! The Victoria Inn also does great pub grub and you can sit on the beach side. Amazing sun sets. The Railway pub is a fun and energetic pub just a few doors down, it has a pool table, darts and a restrauntt attached. There are lots of walks nearby, and a long stretch of beautiful beach that leads to Ynyslas sandunes. There is a boutique cinema with 2 screens, a bar and a highly regarded restraunt. There are 2 chip shops. I personally use the Acorn ttis has a sit in area and bar. There is a Tandoori that serves excellent food, and you can take your own alcohol. It's only a few miles from the university town of Aberystwyth. There is a regular bus and train service here.
