Humber Lofts, established in late 2021, has been providing innovative accommodation in Hull city centre since then. We offer a range of apartments, from 1-bed studios to 3-bedroom penthouse suites, combining the comfort of home with professional service.

Humber Lofts Self-Service Apartments offers 20 apartments. The accommodation is unstaffed and self-service, with help via a 24-hour contact number. We have limited free parking available on-site in our private basement car park, with spaces available on a first-come, first-served basis. If a parking space is available, you will receive a confirmation ahead of your arrival containing your car park access code. If you do not receive a confirmation, this means you have not been allocated parking, and unfortunately, no spaces are available for your dates of stay. All parking requests are limited to one vehicle per reservation and must be registered when completing the online pre-check-in process. Parking cannot be reserved, is not guaranteed and does not form part of any booking made. **Heating** The heating is programmed for your comfort and operates as follows: • 6am–10am: 21°C • 10am–5pm: 18°C • 5pm–9pm: 21°C • 9pm–6am: 18°C A temporary heating boost can be applied at no extra cost if required. For extended increased heating, our ‘Booster Package’ is available for purchase. Please contact us for more details. **Pets** must be arranged prior to booking. For details on our pet policy and associated charges, visit our website. **Sofa beds** are included at no extra cost when additional guests are booked and paid for beyond the standard occupancy. For standard occupancy, sofa beds incur an additional charge. Cots are not provided. Should you prefer twin beds instead, these can be added for an additional charge for 2 single twin beds in selected apartments. **Check-in** is fully online and must be completed prior to your stay. This includes uploading ID, paying a security deposit, and registering any requests, including parking, for each apartment booked. **Access** to your accommodation is through your mobile phone via a link sent by email from the 4Suites system, our standard access method.
