An idyllic property In the heart of the Gloucestershire countryside , only 2 miles away from Hartpury College, and a ten minute drive into Gloucester town centre, and a great base for exploring the Cotswolds, the Malverns, and Cheltenham. If you are a rugby fan, Kingsholm stadium is less than 15 mins away. We offer ample free parking, and can accommodate large horse boxes .There are two large private rooms available, both with ensuite facilities, a king-size bed , fridge, microwave with a grill, tea and coffee making facilities, wi fi, a large screen tv, with sky sports, and BT sports, sky movies. A complimentary continental breakfast is included in the room , to have at your leisure. "The Royal Exchange"pub is within walking distance (0.5 miles) away serving traditional pub meals.There is a study/office available, if needed for work. There is a south facing garden, with great views of the open countryside, to sit on the terrace, and have a relaxing day after either business or exploring the local area.

Hillvine is a unique property with views to the front and rear of the open countryside, where horses, fouls, sheep and if lucky birds of prey can often be seen. The property is ideally situated for Hartpury college visits, Gloucester Cathedral and the vibrant Docks, along with many restuarants . Cheltenham Regency Spa town is a short drive away, if you fancy shopping. There are numerous country side walks, with a lovely local pub just up the road.
