The company was established in 2013 as a property management company, and began managing serviced accommodation since 2020. We manage several units in the NG7 and NG6 areas of Nottingham. With our years of experience, we are learning what guests like and have tried to make our units meet their needs and exceed their expectations.

Kick back and relax in this calm, clean, recently refurbished space. There’s Netflix on each TV in each bedroom. And a dedicated workspace in each room. A fully equipped kitchen - and new furniture and carpets throughout - we have tried to make this a cosy and happy space. There is a living room with table and chairs that guests can use to eat together. Wifi is available throughout the house. There is central heating and a fan heater in each bedroom. Two double bedrooms are upstairs, one single bedroom is onthe ground floor. The kitchen and bathroom are both downstairs.

There is a mosque around the corner, a supermarket, a pizza shop (which does great chips, pizza and kebabs). The nearest tram stop is either The Forest or Noel Street. The property is not far from the city centre. The Forest is 2 tram stops from NTU (Nottingham Trent University) in town. There is a Post Office nearby. There is free on street parking. It's a quiet street.
