Converted into apartments and updated over the years, it combines brightness, comfort, and practicality while retaining its old-world charm. Perfect for up to four guests, the master bedroom has a king-size bed, and the second bedroom has two single beds. The bathroom includes a shower. The living room features a sofa, two armchairs, a 43” TV, a wood-burning stove, and a large window that brings in natural light and offers views of the High Street. The kitchen is fully equipped for easy meal preparation. There’s Wi-Fi throughout, and for work or calls, a dedicated Ethernet connection is also available. Step outside, and you’re in the heart of Deal. The shingle beach and pier are just a short walk away, as is the Saturday market. Independent shops, galleries, pubs, and restaurants are all close by. For history lovers, local castles are within easy reach, and the train station is only minutes away, with direct services to London. As you wander through the property, you may notice traces of its past alongside stories from my own family, who have long ties to the area. It’s a place where history and home meet. Please note: the apartment is up two flights of stairs, so it’s best suited for guests comfortable with stairs. Since we also live and work in the building, we’re usually nearby if you’d like help with luggage or local recommendations. At the same time, you’ll have complete privacy to enjoy the space as your own. We’ll also cover the cost of any full-day parking at the public car park just a few steps away, so you can explore without worrying about your car.
