Appliances consist of a double oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer, TV, DVD, and a selection of books and games. Outside there is off-road parking for four cars, storage for bikes and surfboards at rear of property, and a secluded and enclosed lawn, garden with decking, furniture and barbecue. One well-behaved pet welcome at a supplement; pet must be restricted to the kitchen, dining and sitting rooms. Sorry, no smoking.
