Forest Grove is a homely, comfortable size ground floor apartment with 2 double bedrooms. It is most suitable for couples and Families. The area is residential so we do not permit bokings of groups of adults, this is to respect our neighbours. The apartment has a door ring bell and access to and from the apartment is through the main front door only of the apartment. No parties/events are permitted and the apartment has quiet time rules between 10pm - 7am. Following a statutory inspection in January 2025 we are now a Certified Tourist Establishment for Self Catering accommodation & are listed as a 'Trusted Self Catering property' on the Discover Northern Ireland Website.

This is our apartment and we enjoy letting this out for guests to enjoy which we manage ourselves. We are supported by a fantastic housekeeping team.

The apartment is ideal for routes into Belfast city centre (15 minute drive) Lisburn Centre (10 minute drive) & for motorway access. There are various cafes/ restaurants in the surrounding and more within a few miles such as Ormeau road, Lisburn Road, Boucher Road and Belfast City Centre.
