Edgewater is a stunning sea front apartment with spectacular sea views, situated directly on the beach at Bracklesham Bay. On the ground floor there is a large communal lawn which leads directly onto the beach. The property has private parking including EV charging points and is a short walk or drive to local shops, restaurants and surf cafes in Bracklesham Bay and East Wittering Village.

Bracklesham Bay is a destination beach for walkers, surfers and families alike. The beach is a mix of sand and stone depending on the state of the tide, a perfect place for buckets and spades. A prehistoric coastline, keep your eyes peeled for fossilised shark's teeth which can be found lying in the sand. You can walk along the beach to Selsey in the East or towards the bustling the villages of East and West Wittering in the other direction.
