Property information

Lorraine & Simon took over an existing Guesthouse business in July 2019. As owners and current caretakers of what we feel is a beautiful and traditional Victorian house, built in 1896 in local Lakeland Slate, with many original features to both to the interior and exterior. Purpose built as a guesthouse and other than a few years in the 1970s it has been a guesthouse for the entire time, serving guests for well over 100 years.

Dorchester House is located in the Keswick Conservation area, to ensure these lovely old Victorian buildings and streets are maintained in-keeping with their original beauty and splendour.
