From Lossiemouth in the east (25 miles) to Ben Nevis and the mountains of the west which are even further away - the views are stunning – particularly from the bench on the lower lawn. The famous Moray Firth Dolphins can often be seen, particularly in summer. Binoculars or a scope can offer superb views from the property and gardens as the dolphins feed around Chanonry Point. Or of course you can drive down to the point itself, though parking is limited particularly at peak times.
