With two bedrooms - 1 x king-size, 1 x twin (zip/link) - a secluded outside space where you can dine alfresco in the summer months, and a well-equipped kitchen and spacious lounge, it’s a perfect retreat for a family of four on the Devon coastline. On the ground floor, the well-equipped kitchen, fitted with an oven, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine and tumble dryer ensures an easy self-catered stay. Take it easy in the lounge with garden views, flame glass fronted fire, a large Smart TV, WiFi, sofa seating, and a dining table. Downstairs, you'll also find a convenient WC. Upstairs, discover picturesque views out to the River Dart from the king-size bedroom, whereas the twin room can be transformed into a super-king-size on request! A family bathroom with a shower over the bath, seperate shower, WC, and basin completes the accommodation.
