The History of Quay
Set up in 2006 by husband and wife team, Helen and Duncan, with just five properties, Quay’s portfolio now comprises over 120 properties. Today, Quay Holidays remains a family-run business, employing a knowledgeable team, all living in the local area. For us, local knowledge is Quay. Our dedicated team knows Poole and its surrounding areas inside out and is passionate about helping you find the perfect property for your holiday. From our base in Poole Old Town, we provide a comprehensive full-management service. Our meticulous cleaning crew and knowledgeable maintenance team take the stress out of holiday letting for homeowners and ensure our guests enjoy a consistently high-quality service. All our properties offer a home-from-home experience, evidenced by the many satisfied guests who return year after year. We offer everything from cosy one-bedroom apartments to spacious five-bedroom houses – just let us know what you need!
Your Quay to relaxation
Our offices are open 7 days a week for guest arrivals, so we are always on hand to answer queries. Our interactive website allows guests to explore our vast range of properties, located in and around the Poole and Bournemouth area, and book their stay 24 hours a day. For guests who would rather speak to us in person, our phone lines are open until 6pm Monday to Saturday, and 4pm on Sunday, with an out-of-hours service available during the evening for emergencies. Our directly employed Service Team ensures standards remain consistently high and any issues are dealt with promptly. All properties are provisioned with crisp linen and fluffy towels, including beach towels and a complimentary welcome pack of tea, coffee and hot chocolate together with local biscuits and nuts is provided. In the fridge, you will also find a nicely chilled bottle of white wine awaiting your arrival.

A delightful one bedroom first floor apartment situated just south of Poole, Dorset with views across the yacht club and out towards the Purbeck Hills. Located just a few minutes walk to Hamworthy beach and park, and 10 minutes walk to Poole Quay and the town with all its facilities.
Level access (lifts to parking area). Spacious hallways to front door. Hall, Lounge / Dining Room / Kitchen open plan area with doors to balcony and views to the inner harbour area. Comprehensively equipped throughout. Fully fitted kitchen. Master Bedroom (5ft kingsize double) and family bathroom (bath with shower over).
Parking - One reserved parking space in the development`s own gated parking area under the apartments. (max height 2.1m / 6ft 8ins) Extra visitor parking available - extra charges apply
Services - Duvets and linen provided including bath and beach towels. Gas central heating. Hairdryers.
Technology - WIFI. Smart flatscreen TV with Sky and freeview.
Kitchen - Dishwasher, electric oven / gas hob, fridge / freezer, microwave, washer dryer.
Restrictions - No smoking. No pets.
Same day bookings can be accepted if received before to 6pm (4pm on Sundays) when our office closes. Arrivals out of office hours can be organised if requests are received before 6pm (4pm on Sundays).

HAMWORTHY - POOLE'S INNER HARBOUR AREA - Just 10 minutes` walk from Poole Quay via Poole`s historic lifting bridge, Hamworthy is a quieter, predominantly residential area and Harbour Reach is the latest example of regeneration in this convenient location. The development offers some of the prettiest views of the natural harbour with Poole Yacht Club in the foreground and a wonderful vista across the harbour, to Corfe Castle and the Purbeck Hills beyond. Located close to Cobb`s Quay Marina Hamworthy is a great base both for strolling into Town, and for driving out to explore the wider Dorset region.
