A cosy and compact 2 bedroom, well provided for terrace property. Designated parking space outside the property for 1 vehicle. Perfectly suitable for a small family, one double bed and one full size bunk bed. Close proximity and walking distance to Conwy Castle and the historic Conwy town centre. Perfectly located on a quiet street. Local convenience store, chip shop, park and playing field within 200 yards of the property.
We are local residents and are available to assist with any questions about the property and location.
There are an abundance of attractions to experience on your doorstep, without the need for a car. Attractions such as the smallest house in Great Britain or walk the castle walls. For those who intend on exploring the local area, Surf Snowdonia can be found 6.5 miles from the property. There are also various well kept local beaches, Morfa, Deganwy, Llandudno and Rhos on Sea. Beautiful Conwy Marina with access to Morfa Beach and the Mulberry Bar and Restaurant with stunning views over to Deganwy, a perfect spot to watch the magnificent sunsets.
