College Lofthouse is a spacious but cozy self contained annexe next to our family home.
It is in a central location not only to Penryn but also to the county of Cornwall. It’s also a stones throw from the beautiful Falmouth and it’s stunning beaches.
There is a private off-road parking space directly in front of the accommodation.
The Lofthouse is upside down, with an open plan king size bedroom space and en-suite shower room downstairs and an open plan living area with kitchenette upstairs. Please not that the kitchenette does not have an oven.
