This small studio apartment is located in the heart of a beautiful village with access to some amazing country walks. It can sleep 2 occupants, but it may feel a little bit of a tight squeeze as the sofa bed is not quite a full size double. The village is 16 miles from the historic town Bury St Edmunds and 16 miles from the historic City of Cambridge. Stansted airport is only a 35-40 min drive away. You are within easy reach of both Newmarket Race courses the Rowley Mile and The July Course, with Newmarket only a 20 min drive away. You are not far away from a fabulous day out at the Races. The property is tucked away in the center of the village, which has a small local shop, pub, butchers and takeaway Chinese. Haverhill is only 1 mile away and has 4 major supermarkets along with other food outlets. The property has a galley kitchen that has a hob, oven, microwave, air fryer,washing machine, fridge, iron/ironing board, hairdryer, TV, toaster and kettle. A small courtyard seating area outside.

Visit the historic village of Clare only 5 miles away and you'll find Clare Priory, Clare Castle and Ancient House Museum. Both Haverhill and Clare have Golf courses. Thought to be the birth place of thoroughbred horse racing Newmarket is only 13 miles away. With 2 race courses it's a fabulous day out for everyone. The historic city of Cambridge is 17 miles away and the beautiful town of Bury St Edmunds is 16 miles away.
