We have been in the property business for over twenty-five years and in December 2021 we opened the doors to our first Serviced accommodation and whether you are traveling for business or taking a break with friends and family, our property offers something for everyone. As a self-catering house, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay. The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a toaster, a kettle, a coffee maker, a freezer, and a microwave. The house is a perfect place to relax and offers a television and internet access. This house has 3 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 6. In the first bedroom, you will find a double bed. In the next bedroom, there is a double bed. The third bedroom contains two single beds. There is one bathroom, which has a toilet and sink and a bath with a shower over it. Linen, towels, and iron are all included to make your stay more enjoyable. There is a rear yard area directly from the kitchen door and from the front of the property there is a private drive to cross to the larger garden area.

The area is within 20 minutes of the Sherwood forest area with all its amenities and 40 minutes to the peak district with its many beauty spots and tremendous sights. For the shoppers amongst you, there is the Meadowhall shopping centre within 25 minutes with endless shops and eateries within its reach. Various local pubs and restaurants with the award-winning Van dykes Restaurant within 5 minutes drive.
