The apartment is situated in a lovely, quiet tree-lined road. Within 5 minutes walk you can be on the beach or relaxing in one of many cafes, bars and restaurants. If you're feeling really energetic you can have a go at paddleboarding, kayaking, beach volleyball, indoor swimming, bowls and even ice skating in the winter! There are cinemas, theatres, nightclubs and a good mix of boutique and high street shops close by. The town centre and beach are just 5 minutes walk away! There are good bus services to Brighton and Chichester and the train station is a 15 minute walk with direct services to Brighton, Gatwick and London. On the seafront you can hire an orange Donkey Bike and cycle to local cafes or to nearby picturesque Shoreham By Sea using flat cycle paths that hug the beach and keep you away from traffic. Parking at the property is on-street by permit which I can help you with if you are driving.
