Incredibly central location for Ingoldmells beach, Fantasy Island and general seaside holiday fun. The caravan is in the process of a part refurb with laminate flooring in the living room, new headboards in both bedrooms as well as the kitchen both bedrooms & bathrooms being painted white. this part of refurb shall be done by mid Aug 20200. Sofas being reupholstered in Oct 2022 No central heating or double glassing at present. Hot water, gas fire and stove / grill / oven all via gas.
Professional woman and mother. I own 4 caravans around the UK 1 on southview in Skegness - 6 berth with private decking, a garden and has a pool, golf course, entertainment 1 in Ingoldmells- 8 berth with decking. 5 mins walk to Fantasy Island 1 caravans in North Wales on a Haven site (presthaven). 6 berth. Beach resort with pool, activities and plus the surrounding area is beautiful with beaches, mountains and welsh villages
central to Ingoldmells for bars, Fantasy Island, local markets, food, entertainment and its seafront. Busy location during the holidays. As the the site is central to lively Ingoldmells, traffic can be very busy outside the site.
