Central Apartment 3B is located off the main Street in Newcastle with pedestrian access to the main street opposite the Newcastle Tourist information centre building. The main street can also be accessed via the carpark at the swan lake or via Post office Lane at the side of Cocos.
Access to the mountains easily from Donard park or the Granite trail opposite the harbour or walk the opposite direction on the beach to explore Murlough Nature reserve, the sand dunes and the Dundrum inner bay.
This beautiful apartment is a ground floor apartment and is suitable for elderly visitors as there are only 2 steps at the entrance and the internals are all at one level. It is finished to a very high standard. comprising of a living space kitchen diner opening onto a patio. This room is equipped with 2 double sofa beds. The kitchen is very well equipped with dining table and modern conveniences to include electric oven/hob, fridge, microwave, and washing machine. There is a MIFI device available for guests to use both in the apartment and on the go during their stay. Remember to return it to the kitchen window before you leave. A SIM card may be sourced at local retailers. The main living room is fitted with a flat screen TV which includes Freeview Channels. Remember to return the remote control to the coffee table before you leave. The bedroom is equipped with a double and a single bed. The bathroom is equipped with bath and an electric overhead shower.

We have always enjoyed property development and restoring old property to improve functionality whilst retaining character and charm.
We have restored and renovated a number of properties over the years. Priest Bridge cottage, Ballyginny Cottage and Driftwood Loft are all properties which we have developed as self catering properties. Whilst our children have been involved in the renovations of former cottages when they were younger they preferred to build forts and dams in the rivers and climb trees than to pursue skills in property development. Although one of our sons has pursued tree surgery and tree climbing as a career. So the skills he has learned during his "me time" at these properties has served as useful to his career.
