Cedar consists of an open-plan living space with a TV and seating, a kitchen with electric oven and hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, and a dining table seating six. The bedrooms consist of a ground-floor double with an en-suite bathroom and a twin, serviced by a bathroom, as well as a first-floor double, serviced by a sitting room with a TV and a private decking. Outside, there is off-road parking for two cars, a non-enclosed private lawned garden with furniture, as well as an on-site fishing lake that guests can use for an additional fee (T&C’s do apply). Gas central heating, WiFi, fuel, power, electric, bed linen and towels are all included. One well-behaved dog welcome for 30 per stay payable to site owners before arrival. Smoking is not permitted. Winding lanes, high hedgerows and a gentler pace of life characterise the area. The open tors of Dartmoor are a big attraction for nature lovers and walkers, while the hills of Exmoor and the surfing beaches are all a short but scenic drive away. Historic Torrington, home to RHS Rosemoor and an arts centre is within easy reach, whilst the cathedral city of Exeter with its Roman city walls, shopping centre, theatre and restaurants, makes a great day out.
