Private and luxurious, the 4-star, family-run Budock Vean offers an indoor pool, 9-hole golf course and spa. It is set in 65 acres of sub-tropical gardens by the Helford River in Mawnan Smith, just a 15 minute drive from Falmouth. The hotel’s restaurant serves four-course evening dinners created using fresh, local produce whilst the conservatory or cocktail bar offers a less formal dining option. Tennis courts, snooker, a sauna, and an outdoor hot tub add to the excellent leisure facilities at Budock Vean Hotel and Spa. The Natural Health Spa offers relaxing treatments and massages. Guests have unlimited free use of the golf course, and reduced green fees at local courses. Boat trips, kayaking and paddle boarding are available from the hotel's private cove. Boat hire, watersports and coastal walks can be enjoyed locally. Trebah and Glendurgan gardens are about 0.5 miles away and there are family friendly sandy beaches a short drive away.
