A newly renovated house locate in the countryside with no near neighbours, a lovely village with pub, Chinese, local shop and butchers We welcome well behaved dogs to stay, we just ask they are not left alone In the property unless crated, and they don’t go upstairs. We have throws to be used to go on the sofas. We have an dog shower, dog towels and dog toys! We have outdoor toys for children, and an outdoor table tennis table. The garden has a large patio area, large lawn and has a hot tub, outdoor furniture and a charcoal BBQ. Inside each of the rooms has a smart tv, including all bedrooms. One bedroom and bathroom is on the ground floor. We also have a washing machine and drier. Towels are supplied for use whilst you stay including beach towels to use for the hot tub. The kitchen is very well equipped, with all you need to cook, serve and enjoy your stay.

A Yorkshire welcome to Brian's Escape, a luxury stay awaits you in this special place near to the East Yorkshire coast. The name is in memory of our dear dad who loved to spend time here watching all the wildlife that also call it home. Brian loved a good party as well as a relaxing time so he would be overjoyed people are doing all these things in his memory. The property has had a complete renovation to add more room for our guests to enjoy.

A village not far from the East Yorkshire coast, Fraisthorpe, Bridlington, Flamborough are a short drive away. In the Village of Beeford we have a local pub that serves food and is dog friendly. There is also a Chinese restaurant and takeaway, fish and chip shop, shop, butchers and a bakery. We are a 10-15 minute drive away from the market town of Driffield.
