This duplex apartment is set over the first and second floor and consists of a kitchen with electric double oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, wine cooler, coffee maker, a dining area with Smart TV and a utility/cloakroom with washer/dryer. There is also a living/dining room with Smart TV and a balcony with furniture. The bedrooms consist of a super-king-size with an en-suite, a super-king-size and a twin bedroom, all with Smart TVs, along with a bathroom. Outside, there is off-road parking for two cars. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. There is a highchair, travel cot and stairgate available on request. Pets and smoking are not permitted. Entertainment includes, a Bluetooth Speaker, DAB, CD sound system. Within 0.3 miles there is a shop and within 0.2 miles, a pub. Bluebell Retreat is a beautiful dwelling for a Cornish escape. Note: There are 16 steps up to the apartment, which is split between the first and second floors. The flat is next to a railway station, so there can be some noise there.
