A brand new fully detached 4 bedroom house just 4 minutes walk from the famous beach of Llandudno . The house has two king size beds , one small double bedroom, one bunk bed , one sofa bed in the living room . Cot available in the master bedroom . Single folding bed can be provided on request , the house has a spacious modern fitted kitchen with all the amenities and 8 seater dining table ,It is situated in a quiet residential area and quiet hours of 10 pm to 7 am is in place. Request you to please maintain discipline and privacy of neighbours , Strictly no house parties and no house guests , Thanks a lot for your understanding.

I enjoy reading and travelling . Run a post office and have 3 beautiful daughters . Have another villa at Colwyn bay listed which is a 3 bedroom fully detached house .

It’s 4 minutes walk away from the famous beach of Llandudno. 15 minutes walk to the town centre .
