I only live a 1 minute drive from the property, so if you need any assistance whilst you are staying, please do not hesitate to contact me. I’m often on-site, as I own the adjoining property too. Please message me if you require a ferry discount, as I have a limited number of codes available. These codes are for specific dates and duration and only available for travel on Red Funnel.

Bay can sleep up to 5 people, with one person on a sofa bed in the lounge. If you require a cot and high chair these can also be supplied. If you wish to use the sofa bed during your stay, please book this accommodation for 5 people. Bay has been refurbished to a high standard and includes everything you might need to make your home from home as enjoyable and relaxing as possible. We have included free private WiFi (not the on-site WiFi that does not work), Hive central heating, 43” flat screen tv with Alexa, Tassimo coffee machine, dishwasher, hairdryer, towels and welcome pack. Bay is situated next to my other house Beau, so are perfect for two families wanting to go on holiday together, but wishing to have separate accommodation. PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS ACCOMMODATION IS STRICTLY NO PETS, DUE TO SITE RESTRICTIONS. If you have anymore questions please do not hesitate to ask. On-site, there is a newly refurbished children’s play area, half-size football pitch and outdoor gym. The beach is directly accessed on the west side of the site, down the newly built steps or across the green next to the trim trail. RED FUNNEL FERRY DISCOUNTS AVAILABLE ON REQUEST, FOR STAYS OF 3 NIGHTS OR MORE.

There are plenty of fantastic signposted coastal and inland walks to try out, but if you fancy putting your feet up, try The Needles Breezer with its “hair raising” bus journey taking you all the way up the 300ft chalk cliffs to The Needles Battery. Yarmouth town is situated 2 miles east, along the coast. It has car ferry links to the mainland, shops, pubs and even a castle, once owned by King Henry VIII. Freshwater is located a mile away and this too has shops, supermarkets, petrol station, leisure centre with swimming pool and gym, health centre and takeaways.
