Avro is a 2 bedroom Maisonette on the first and second floor of this modern building, featuring views of Southampton Water from the balcony, a large open plan living/ dining kitchen room on the top floor. Plenty of free on street parking and super-close to the beach on Southampton Water as well as Hamble Marina, where you can find fantastic restaurants, pubs, bars, cafes and shops. The bedrooms are on the first floor, with two double bedrooms, one with ensuite shower room plus a separate bathroom with shower over bath. You will find plenty to entertain yourself with s 40in Smart TV connected to a sound system, books, CDs and a piano/ keyboard. Enjoy an espresso from the coffee machine and cook up a storm in the well-equipped kitchen for all the family or your group! Relax, dine and sip on the small balcony and watch the ships go by! As with all our remotely managed properties, check yourself in using the lockbox.
