Property is a 3 bedroom period terrace nicely located on Audenshaw road and ideally located for amenities and handy transport links to Denton, Ashton and Manchester City Centre. 🌟Room is a large, clean and spacious double. You will be sharing the house with (the owners of the property) and other guest(s). However, please be assured that we are a very easy going young couple who intend to be more like hosts to make you feel at home, space will be given during your stay. 🌟You will also have use of the kitchen and bathroom(asides the bathtub, please use the shower responsibly, keep your showers to a reasonable use to save on time, waste and high bills. Also, note that this is shared so try to keep tidy, clean and be considerate of others who may be waiting. 📌📌Also, note that the bathroom has no handrails. See our accessibility feature on the listing or message me if you have any special requirements BEFOREHAND. 🌟Perfect for access to Ashton, Denton and the City Centre if here for business, Christmas markets or general tourism.

Lots of takeaway, restaurants, pubs on the same road and supermarkets in close proximity. Shell petrol station also close by. 🦋Snipe retail park (High street shops, plus McDonalds & Pizza Hut). 10 mins walk and the Coop supermarket is 12 minutes walk from the house. 0.4m. 🦋Pub & Sports Bar: The Snipe, 13mins walk. The Boundary, 2 mins walk. Sun Inn, 13 mins walk.
