Soak up the charm of South Wales! Easy access to Cardiff for six Nations! This warm and cosy 3 bed house offers a spacious living area at a budget price! Situated less than a mile from the Celtic Manor resort, ICC Wales conference centre and M4 Motorway, the property offers good transport links for both business and leisure pursuits. Good links to Newport town centre and train station (bus stop approximately 500 metres away). Virgin super fast broadband with average WiFi speeds of 108Mb!
Free parking is available on the road outside the property. Bus stop (approximately 500 metres from front door) provides access to Newport city centre & train station. Sytty Retail Park is only a 5 minute drive away. Household brands such as Tesco Extra, Marks and Spencers, Costa and Nando's can all be found in the vicinity. Easy access to Cardiff by car via M4 Motorway at Junction 24.
