Parsons Pleck is a mid century modern, single storey house, filled with original art gathered from our Swedish and South African backgrounds. The house can sleep 12 very comfortably, ideal for multi generational family gatherings, wellness retreats and groups of friends who want to spend time together. Perfect for team building away days.
Plenty of space for everyone to find their own spot. Perfect for all ages and all mobilities. Fully accessible. A wrap around deck for alfresco dining with great views across the fields.
A generous, fully enclosed dog friendly garden. Heated pool (May-September) and year round sauna. Please keep dogs under control and ensure they do not bother the livestock. Birlingham is a quiet rural village, all we ask is that you respect it and our neighbours, it is strictly not not a party house, and not suited to younger groups.
The house offers beautiful walks with access directly from the property to the surrounding Bredon Hill and the River Avon.
A little further afield are the Malvern Hills with far reaching views across the region. Cheltenham and Stratford Upon Avon are also within easy reach, with a host of local villages, pubs and things to do nearby.
Hello and welcome! We are David & Tussie.
Parsons Pleck was our family home for many years. It's where we lived, where our kids grew up, where our memories were made. It has a great atmosphere, and we hope you will enjoy it every bit as much as we have over the years.
Parsons Pleck is on the outskirts of the Cotswolds and set in a a rural farming village. We are surrounded by the river Avon and Bredon Hill, with beautiful walks all around us, accessible directly from the house.
We have a lovely village pub within walking distance - The Swan Inn (booking in advance is advised). It has a very pretty garden with undercover eating areas. There's also The Jockey Inn at Baughton, a short drive away. Revills Farmshop is also nearby for great local produce. Pershore is just a few minutes away with all its shops and amenities.
It's an ideal location for exploring the North Cotswold, the towns of Broadway, Stow on the Wold, Bourton on the Water, Cheltenham etc, are all about 30 minutes away. The town of Worcester with its historic Cathedral is a similar distance.
And every Friday, there is a delivery of fresh cut flowers grown locally in the village by the wonderful Meadow Cut Flowers.
