A spacious house with 3 double bedrooms. 5 mins walk from town centre of Wotton under Edge, with plenty of walks along the Cotswold Way. Ideal for walkers & cyclists. Close to numerous wedding venues. Next to a large playing field with children's equipment. The house has a big dining area ideal for entertaining & a comfortable lounge. The kitchen is well equipped for up to 6 guests. Please note there isnt a Microwave. We don't provide Internet and the tv is just basic freeview channels. Parking for 2 vehicles on drive & plenty of free parking on road. Has a good sized garden. We have just reseeded the grass so it is patchy but perfectly useable. Pet friendly. We do not use the fire place this is only for decoration.

The house has previously been used as a long term rental, we have decided to try short rentals for a few months. We have tried to think of everything you may need to enjoy your stay however we may have missed some things. We will meet you on check in and hand over the keys. Or we can provide a unique code for you to have access to the key safe.

We are located next to a large playing field with good selection of children's equipment. Wotton under Edge is a lovely town with a main high street only 5 minutes walk away. We recommend booking into the local restaurants before you arrive as they do get very booked up. Locally there are some lovely walks with some great cafes to stop at. Wotton is on the Cotswold way so our house is a great base for multiple walks. Bristol is 35 minutes away as is Gloucester. Closest train station is Cam, Dursley with links to Gloucester and Bristol. Badminton horse trials is only 15 minutes away. Westonbirt is only 20 minutes away. There are some lovely wedding venues not far away so we are perfect for guests to stay.
