Waterhouse suite is a new and very modern apartment with lots of new amenities and a stylish design, finished to a high standard this property does not disappoint. With the bedrooms, living room and kitchen recently upgraded and decorated the quality will show itself as soon as you walk in. There's everything in place to have a comfortable stay from comfy beds and a lovely view to large built-in wardrobes and digital taps, everything is designed with your comfort in mind. Within the flat everything was put together with thought and care with high quality furnishings and decorations. The living room has a large corner sofa able to seat many people with your choice of view from the lovely balcony views or a smart TV allowing you to watch all your favourite shows and films in comfort. Being open plan the kitchen is just a few steps away kitted out with built-in dishwasher and washing machine and accompanied with a coffee maker and much more, you’ll have all the equipment you need to feel at home. The flat provides 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms allowing your morning routine to be uninterrupted. Bedroom 1 has 2 cosy single beds, perfect for colleagues or siblings, and a large wardrobe with plenty of space to store all your outfits and shoes. Bedroom 2 has a comfy king size bed with a tremendous ensuite and a built-in wardrobe with large door mirrors. Both rooms come with lovely big windows allowing in lots of light and showing off the views. Both the bathrooms come very modern with digital taps and light up heated mirrors with a choice of a digital shower in the ensuite or a relaxing bath in the main bathroom. Being just a couple minutes away from Maidstone town centre your options are limitless with plenty of restaurants, shops and train stations nearby.
