The Travel Chapter Limited, acts as agent for the property owner. Therefore, when you make a booking the contract is between you and the owner. Please note our terms and conditions will also apply when you make a booking. These can be found in the footer of our website.

• Additional living space with sofa bed (which can be used to accommodate an additional 2 guests, should you have friends coming to join you for part of your stay. Please note no additional bedding is provided for the sofa bed)
• 3 bathrooms 1 en-suite bathroom with freestanding bath, hand held shower and WC, 1 en-suite shower room with walk-in waterfall shower and separate hand held shower, and WC, 1 shower room with WC
• Small, enclosed patio area at the front of the cottage with a wooden table, chairs and chiminea
• Ample parking space for one car at the front of the cottage
• 0.5 miles from the village of Warkworth, with pubs, restaurants and shop
• Please note: The cottage is situated on a working small-holding currently undergoing renovation. Some noise and disturbance may occur as a result of this on weekdays during the hours of 8am-4pm approximately. Wherever possible, any disruption will be kept to a minimum. The cottage is priced accordingly.
