A well-equipped and comfortable holiday let with a spacious living room and kitchen. The location is excellent, on a dramatic headland above the village of Coverack, close to the coast path with generous designated parking.

Just two minutes from the South West Coastal Path you will find 19 Headlands Cottage. It's a mid-terrace cottage tucked behind the ex-Headlands Hotel. It has a comfortably sized living room with a door to the private patio. There are three bedrooms; two with have double beds and one with a single bed. One of the bedrooms has a beautiful view of the Headlands; the others have views over the gardens. The cottage has the luxury of two parking places. The Headlands communal gardens (not fenced) are for you to enjoy and they have amazing views. There are benches and areas to enjoy picnic's overlooking the sea and the spectacular coastline. The gardens are great for chilling out in with the sound of the waves and birdlife to keep you company. At times you can see dolphins playing in the sea. The area is famous for its walking trails. If that is why you want to come here, believe me, you won't be disappointed – it's a walker's haven. Pets We do welcome pet owners; however, we make a small charge of twenty pounds per pet per stay which is not included in the price.
I am originally from London, but I have lived in Argentina for the past 20 years (before that France for nine years). I owned an estancia called Estancia La Margarita in Tapalque, Argentina until May 2016. I have now sold the estancia and intend to follow my first loves of playing guitar and writing. I have just finished writing a book on my experience of living in Argentina, which hopefully will be released this year (2020) I am a musician. I have travelled the world playing guitar and singing in different countries. I now spend a lot of my time between my small country house hideaway in Tapalque (300klms from BA) and my house in San Telmo, Buenos Aires. My cottage, in the delightful Coverack, is looked after by housekeeper Carrie and her husband. They live very near the cottage and are on hand to help should the need arise during your stay
19 Headlands is within walking distance of Coverack village. Take a ten-minute walk done the hill, and you are in the village. There you will find The Paris Pub, which also has a tasty menu. Opposite the Paris, you will find an excellent fish and chip shop which is take away or eat in. In the village, you will find a small general store selling essentials and newspapers. There are a few more restaurants all within walking distance. There is also a lady selling delicious home-made pasties on the harbor. The village is a lovely typical Cornish backdrop with fishing boats and lovely walks along the seafront. Coverack is near to some spectacular sights such as the Lizard, Lands End, St Michael's Mount, and Poldarks mine, to name just a few. These places are all within easy striking distance, and believe me; they are definitely worth visiting. Of course, you could quickly lose a week just staying around the cottage reading a book or two, going for a stroll now and then before having an afternoon nap in preparation for the evening meal — bliss 19 Headlands has two allocated parking spaces, a real bonus in the summer when parking is limited in Coverack village
