Fully refurbished outstanding Georgian Seaside house has plenty of character and is a beautiful spacious family home, set in a pretty street away from the town centre. offering stunning southerly sea views and views of St Boniface Downs. The holiday home has excellent facilities and comfortable furnishing for families and friendship groups. The centrally heated house comprises of a large fully equipped kitchen with a range oven, dishwasher and microwave and fridge/freezer, a utility room accessed via a back door and is equipped with a washing machine, at the side of the utility room is a shower and toilet. Leading through from the kitchen there is a large dining room with french windows going out to a patio. There are two TV's with freesat box's in the dining room and a large sitting room which sits at the front of the house and has a wood burning stove and two large settees. There is a Dormer with a single bed and down to the 1st floor a large double room with Super King Size bed, and two further bedrooms one with bunk beds the other with a single bed. A large family bathroom. Outside the area is paved at the side and back of the house and there is a BBQ, chairs and table.

Prior to owning my house, I have been visiting the Island since I was a child, it is a beautiful place with so much to offer as a photographer I find it a constant source of inspiration. I truly appreciate the Islands superb beaches, dramatic coastlines and outstanding natural beauty, making it a holiday haven with something for everyone. From secluded coves and wide expanses of sandy beaches to over 500 miles of coastal paths and woodland walks, it’s not just the stunning landscapes that attract visitors to the island, but also the variety of things to see and do. Look for the village trail which will take you around historic St Lawrence and area. There is an array of festivals and arts events throughout the year. Rich in a wide variety of sporting and leisure activities, it's no wonder visitors return year after year. I hope you too find the beauty and get the pleasure I get from spending time on the Isle of Wight.

The beach at Ventnor is in a secluded position and is sought out all year round, as it nestles under St Martin’s Down, one of the island’s highest hills, creating its famous ‘micro-climate’, a wonderful natural suntrap. The half sand and shingle beach is great for swimming or sunbathing. There are still working fishing boats bustling around its small harbour, which is a fantastic place to buy and enjoy locally caught seafood. There are a number of pubs and eateries along the seafront to while away a few hours. Heading away from the Esplanade and up into the main town, you will find a series of winding zigzag terraces and charming Victorian architecture as well as numerous independent shops. A short distance from the seafront you can stroll through the beautiful Victorian Ventnor Park and the tranquil Botanic Gardens, set in over 22 acres of sub-tropical landscaping. If you venture out along the sea wall paths, you can discover the small village of Bonchurch or the tiny fishing hamlet of Steephill Cove accessible only by foot, you will find the delightful Crab Shed famous for its excellent seafood.
