The living areas in this single-storey lodge consist of an open-plan kitchen, dining area and sitting area with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, an iron, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, and DVD player. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with TV and en-suite, and a twin, along with a bathroom with hairdryer. Outside there is a garden with lawn and decking, furniture, and a hot tub, along with off-road parking for one car. EV charging point. One well-behaved dog welcome for 30 per stay payable to site before arrival. This is a smoke-free property. You'll find a shop in 0.3 miles and a pub in 0.4 miles. Travel cot (no mattress) and highchair available on request. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. 12 Horizon View is a fabulous abode, well-positioned to explore the best of Cornwall.
