Villas de Leypinas is a collection of farm buildings, some of which date from the 18th century, set in beautiful rolling countryside. We are located in the rural commune of Saint Pardoux Corbier in the department of the Correze, south west France. In 2005 we purchased the farm and have spent all our time since renovating, restoring and converting the different buildings. Villas de Leypinas now consists of the main house with two en-suite bedrooms to rent and three villas, or gites, accommodating up to 11 guests in total; all enjoy access to the landscaped gardens and 12m x 5m salt water swimming pool.
Our location means we are perfectly placed for a short stopover, being only 10 minutes from the north/south A20 motorway, or for a longer stay to enjoy the delights of the region and the highlights of the Dordogne which are only an hour away.
We are Bruno and Stéphanie Charvet. We decided to ‘change our lives’, both our jobs and our region. We love being in contact with people and we needed to find a job that suited us. We decided to look for a building with chambres d'hôtes and gîtes to start our dream.
When we visited Les Villas Leypinas, there was no doubt that it met all our expectations. It was obvious that it would be in this house and in this region that our dream would come true.
And here we are, embarking on this new life with our faithful companion ‘Rox’, who has also approved the premises.
Our aim is to continue in the same vein as then previous owners, Paul and Jana Jenkins. The satisfaction of our customers will be our primary goal.
