## The space The very bright family home is made up of one floor: On the ground floor: • An entrance hall with storage • A large bright independent kitchen fitted and equipped (filter coffee maker and Senseo) • A renovated living room with TV and Wifi • A large bathroom with bathtub • A laundry room with washing machine • A separate toilet The floor: • A large corridor serving the sleeping area. • A very bright bedroom not overlooked, with ducted air conditioning, built-in cupboard and a 160cm bed.
